Heater problem
2001 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 88,000 miles

First my mechanic told me it was some gasket that was leaking so he replaced that. The heat worked for 2 weeks and back to cold air. I took it back to my mechanic and he replaced the thermostat. Still cold air. Then he said my warter pump was bad so he replaced that. It again worked for a couple weeks but now it's back to blowing cold air and plus not all of my heater setting don't work. Only setting 2 and 3. When I turn the dial to 1 and 4 nothing blows out. So $900 later I'm back to sqare 1. Is there some type of computer that my car can be put on to figure out exactly what the problem is rather then my mechanic playing guessing games at my expense? Please help
