Even though, replacement ball joints are sold in the aftermarket parts store, you should replace the control arm as a unit.

Replacing the ball joints is an involved process. For me to explaine it via the internet allows too much room for error. Therefore, I recommend a good repair manual with step by step directions and pictures to help with part identification.
