I have a 01Ram 3/4 ton 5.9L gas with 98,000miles.
Truck starts and runs perfect, EXCEPT after the truck is first started and runs for approx 2 minutes it begins to idle irractic and will not accelerate easily. This lasts for just a few minutes and then will suddenly begin to run perfect again. The truck never really stalls, but it is close. Imo, it seems to be fuel/air related (maybe too lean) as it reminds me of when older vehicles had choke problems during warm up. Problem is worse when truck is very cold, but will happen even if truck has only been sitting for 30min or so and then restarted.
The cap/rotor/wires and plugs are all less than two months old.
Appreciate any advice.
