Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2001 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 55,000 miles

Do you have any tips on how to do this as easily as possible? Looks like you need to remove the brake assy and detatch the wheel, do I need to pull the axle as well and then place in a vise and punch out the joints after removing the retaining rings?

I'm hoping there is an easier way.

Thanks
Kim

Thats just about the only way you can do it, unless you want to replace the whole axel shaft.
