What's the symptom? Simple bolt on the passenger side of the front axle. Tapered stud on the driver's side frame can require a lot of banging on the frame bracket to shock it loose, or use a tapered "pickel fork" to force the stud out.
These commonly cause steering wander. I have a simple test procedure. Look for a replacement with a lifetime warranty because they fail so often.
