Maybe temp sender, relay or fan motor. Have you checked for voltage at fan. Do fans come on with A/C?

Heres a couple articles on testing wiring, they will help

The wiring diagram for your cooling fans is attached below

I have a 2005 dodge neon and the radiator fan stopped working out of the blue. Doesnt turn on at all and eventually my car over heats. Ive changed thermostat and fuse under hood. How do I test to see if its the pcm or bad fan motor? Dont think its temperature sensor since a/c works and fan still wont come on. Could it be a bad relay? I can change the pcm and replace the radiator fan assembly no problem but im just clueless as to knowing what exactly it is I need to replace before I go spending all this money. Please help with your ideas as to my problem. Thank you
Derek

Your cooling fan come's on when your coolant temp reaches 210 degree's. If your a/c compressor kick's on turn on your a/c and see if you have power and ground to your radiator fan motor if you do and it's not spinning then you have a bad fan motor.
