2000 Dodge Neon Vehicle Not warming up
2000 DODGE NEON
My car takes a long time to warm up. The cooling fan is always running. I have a P1490 code "low speed fan control circuit problem"
The engine temp is reading correctly and I have replaced the fan control relay. Is it the fan assembly itself that has the problem?
have the same problem?
