Electrical problem
2000 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Automatic 146K miles

turns over but will not start. Dash analyzer reads fuse. Car was driven, overheated recently. Checked and replaced all fuses. No results. Computer analyzer showed it was the cam position sensor and it was replaced with no results. No spark noticed from coil to plugs. Replaced coil unit. Spark is from coil to plugs now, but still the same results and not starting. Also, the P/OUT (20amp) fuse keeps blowing out when trying to start. Codes are P1684, P0340, P0320. I would appreciate any information.
