2000 Dodge Neon

Traveling the freeway and speeds between 65 and 70 MPH the car jerks and hesitates like it is starving for fuel. It act's like water in the fuel or a clogged fuel filter. It only does it at those speeds. Going slower seems to stop the problem. It does not happen all the time but enough to cause it to be a problem. Can you help with the diagnoses?

You might have a govener on the car. First check the filter then the lines. Also see how high your rpms are
