Where is the Water pump located on a Neon and does the same belt run to the power steering pump?

Hello,

It is in the front of the engine under the timing belt cover, here is a diagram of the timing belt and water pump.

1995 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have removed the radiator to give myself more clearance to work but I still can not locate the water pump to change it out please help me.

It is behind the front cover front of engine and pass side fender well
