2000 Dodge Intrepid cooling system

Reconnected radiator @ trans cooler hoses after harmonic balancer repair & got trans fluid in cooling system, all small supply hoses related go to either trans or pwr strg, also trans cooler leaked at fins. How did this happen & what is the best way to flush & repair

There must be a leak in the radiator that is allowing fluid to get into the coolant. The radiator should be replaced. As far as a flush, a standard one will do the trick.
