Hello, no cut off switch. You might do some testing at the fuel pump relay in the power distribution center, under the hood. With the engine cranking, two of those terminals should be hot. You can unplug the relay, use a testlite. Maybe the computer isn't grounding the relay for some reason, that doesn't mean the computer is faulty. Can you check for codes?
