The blower stopped running. The resister is good. All the relays function and test OK. All wires show continuity. All connectors are tight. The wiring harness to blower shows 12.4-12.7 volts on the all-meter. The squirrel-cage blower is grounded to the same point on firewall as radio and the radio works. The fan, when pulled out of the truck runs at any speed from a variable voltage AC adapter. Put the blower back in the truck and it will not spin. Got any ideas?
