Where is the blower motor resistor located

Welcome to the forum, if there is a resistor, it's behind the glove-box. Automatic temperature control doesn't use a resistor as such.
All repair info says to disarm airbags, where applicable, when working under the dash. It also says to remove negative battery cable.
