1998 dodge grand caravan horn and cruise stopped
working at same time. Checked all known fuses,
please advse. Checked all fuses and relays, they are good. Still no horn or cruise. Any suggestions

Have you checked the horn relay and the cruise control relay fuses?

I believe those have to be working also.
