Battery parasitic draw

I have a parasitic draw, pull all the fuses still test lead does not go out?

Can you clarify this a little more? What do you mean the test lead doesn't go out? Do you have a test light hooked up to the negative terminal? Can you get a picture of the meter or leads you are talking about?
