Dash and Instrument panel lights out.

Somehow I knocked out my dash and instrument panel lights after installing an aftermarket CD player. Gauges, instruments, digital odometer work fine. Dimmer switch is at maximum, and is at least connected since it still acts as the switch for the interior lights. CD player works, hell, the ashtray light works. ILLUM and CLSTR fuses look okay, but I don't have a multimeter to check further. Ideas?

Simplest thing is recheck what you have done and see if any wires are pinched or you hooked something up wrong. Check grounds on both sides of dash and fuse in I/p box
