Crank shafts sensor light comes on and blinkers don't work. When light isn't on blinkers work.

There's no such thing as a "crankshaft position sensor light". Are you referring to the Check Engine light? If not, you're going to have to describe it's color and shape of the symbol.

This sounds like an intermittent connection in the 12 volt feed to the signal circuit, but that also feeds other things. Have you noticed if other things stop working at the same time, like the radio, wipers, or heater fan?
