I have had to top up my coolant every three weeks is this OK? There is no sign of a leak anywhere. Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost 63 plate.

No, it's not OK unless you are just overfilling it. If you haven't been overfilling it, then you have a leak that has to be found through pressure testing the system.
