I got in the car in the morning to drive. Started the engine. Engine fired up but then died.
The car has never died after starting. I went to restart, but the engine just turns over.

I took a spark plug out. There is spark. I can smell fuel on the plug.

My first thought when the car died was that the cam belt just broke, but I opened the cover, cam belt is still ok.

I have not done anything to the engine in the last 6 months, though I did change a wheel bearing yesterday. Obviously that's not engine related.

I have looked to see if others have had the same problem. There is mention of cleaning the crank sensor, but I can't see where that is.

Scan for codes and check fuelpressure first.
