Last year I had my master and slave cylinders replaced. Now a year later my clutch is low and not shifting well. I could not go in reverse to get in my garage. What might be the problem? Would replacing the shifter fix the clutch problem? Does not seem like it would. Help!

No, fixing the shifter cable problem wont fix the clutch not releasing issue. Do this look under your Vehicles on the transmission where it meets the engine. Does it look all wet?The slave cylinder might have leaked. Just because it is only a year old does not mean it is good. I am faced with this even on my car when I replace something. Bad out of the box or goes bad shortly after. They do not make parts like they used to.
