Electrical problem
1999 Citroen Saxo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 100, 00 miles

Car keeps imobilising. We have fitted a new transponder ariel & also new battery terminal connectors and had the ecu decoded and pin cut. Key light still keeps coming on with car unable to start. Once you remove the cable to the ecu-after a number of minutes the car will start if the light goes out until the next time. Help please, we have spent £500 on this problem, but still we haven't rectified it, please help. Thanks
