2005 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY TRANSMISSION OVERHEATING

2005 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 190, 00 miles

My transmission has been regularly serviced and is working well - no automatic shifting problems. But, I think the transmission is overheating when I have to drive up long, steep grades. After climbing long hills, there is a loud whine. It does not do this under other driving conditions, and the engine is not overheating. Can you give me any suggestions?

Hi there,

I would be investigating a good quality transmission oil cooler this may improve the temp problem.
