Have a 95 concord 3.5l auto with 112,000 miles. Car has poor heat - digital display shows 90 degrees and the vents register 90 degrees but doesnt feel that warm. Have checked other models and they say the same but reg. About 120 at vents. Has new water pump and themostat. Block has been flushed and heater core doesnt seem plugged. Any sugestions on what I should be looking for.

Could be the actuator that closes the door feeding outside air is not functioning properly. Or it could be the heater control panel is not working properly and therefore is not telling the actuator to close the door.
