Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 112000 miles

My 1999 Chrysler LHS will not start. The MIL is not iluminated and there are no error codes in the pcm. I have approx 48psi fuel pressure, which is within specs. Also, I don't hear the injectors fireing. I disconnected the power to one of the plug coils and the cam position sensor then turned the engine over in an attempt to generate an error code -- no luck, still not registering an error code. The pcm does iluminate the mil when power is first applied indicating it is functioning, it just doesn't register any error codes. Is it possible the pcm is defective? How would I go about resolving this problem?

Thanks
Gary
