I have a 99 Chrysler COncorde XL. My check engine light just recently came on and my car is missing really bad. It has oil and antifreeze and it has not run hot. It starts without hesitation and does not cut off prematurely. It seems to miss worse the more I accelerate. My co-worker thinks it sounds like a blown head gasket issue but I doubt that because the car has not run hot at all. I have parked it but I really need my car and am hoping that it is not a head gasket because from what I have heard, that can be very costly and I am a struggling student right now. From what you have heard, what do you think is going on?
