1989 chevy 1500 4.3 5 speed manual. New starter good battery solid connections will not start it seems like the starter is not getting proper voltage when starting it cliicks and turn engine 1 half turn I know moter runs fine it will push start easily

Try to jump start it with another vehicle. That;ll tell us right there if its not getting enough juice to start it

Look for power at the purple wire on the starter solenoid not there jumper the clutch switch try to start it-nothing test the ignition switch
