1985 k5 Blazer suspension lift

Hey, im interested in putting a 4" lift on my truck and was wondering if I cold use the same lifting blocks"for under the leaf springs" in the rear and in the front, my friend said tht it will break my axels and that I should buy 4" lifting leafs for the front instead any ideas?

Hi
its always better to use springs instead of blocks if you have the dough, blocks can be dangerous but ive never seen an axle break from using them
