When I slowly release my foot off the brake pedal to resume driving, I feel some sort of a "bump" seemingly coming from the rear that slightly jolts the vehicle for a moment, coupled with a low-pitched squeak.

Also, when my rear tires go over a bump, a low-pitched squeak almost similar to the pitch I mentioned above is heard.

Could these be related, or are they caused by individual unique problems?

Would definitely be checking the ball joints and the leaf spring shackles to make sure they arent loose.
