1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

TRUCK WON'T START WHEN IT RAINS OR DAMP OUTSIDE. BUT WHEN SUN IS OUT LATER IT STARTS FINE. I CHANGED DISTRIBUTOR CAP, PLUGS, WIRES, FUEL & AIR FILTERS, AND FUEL PUMP WORKS FINE.

It sounds like you have already replaced the most common problems relating to this. However, have you checked to see if the coil is shorting? At night, start the engine, open the hood, and spray a light mist of water on the ignition system. Do it slowly so you can determine what causes the engine to die. Also, chances are you will see something spark / short causing the engine to die. My guess is the coil.
