When driving at various speeds; usually above 30 mph, when I accelerate(especially slowly) the engine shudders. Usually I am at a steady rpm with pedal pressure the same for a minute or two, then when I apply pressure the engine shudders until I either back off on the pressure or increase it dramatically. I recently rebuilt the throttle body. After I rebuilt it the problem practically dissappeared. I had to really try and make it occur. Now after 5 days it seems as if the vehicle is running the same. I had smoother shifting etc. Now all is back to squre one. This has been occuring for years now. This is an S-10 blazer. This also happens driving up hills.

Check the TPS sensor. Check for vacuum leaks.
