I have a 99 Suburuban that will not start unless you pour a small amount of gas in the throtle body. I have replaced fuel filter, cap and rotor and fuel pump relay. The fuel pump does turn on and once running it idles and revs up like a normal engine. If you shut the vehicle off and immediately turn on again it starts, give it five to ten minutes and it will not start again unless add gas to throtle body again. What are your thoughts?
