1999 Chevy Suburban I'm stuck, ignition?

Engine Performance problem
1999 Chevy Suburban V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

Has 454 big block, 2500 series
Problem: Stumbles sometimes under load, takes a little to start it, and when it does it is like you stop cranking then it starts.
This is what I've replaced.
Cap, rotor, plugs (ac delco's), wires, ignition coil, fuel pump sounds good pressure is 60 psi. I ran some fuel injector cleaner a couple of times,
I thought maybe a timing so the distributor is bad, or what about ignition control module? Maybe a sensor? Oh hooked up to a compute no codes. I can't figure it out, so any advice would be helpful.

Do you
have the same problem?
