1999 Chevy Suburban

Replaced engine recently (shortblock). Less than 3000 mile on replaced engine. Had transmission rebuilt this spring (2009). Check engine light just came on. Vehicle is sluggish to accelerate over 50mph. Unsure if its engine or transmission?

Did you check the computer for codes? Most parts stores will do it for free. Also, check to make sure the catylatic converter isn't plugged.
