Just replace intake manifold gaskets

Problem I think the cam bearings are gone
Has a knock when first starting up stops after a minute of warming up, smells gas is burning rich, sputters and hesitant to go, while driving misfiring, smell exhaust fumes through out the truck.

Backfires thru the intake usually mean worn cam lobes, the knock is probably a connecting rod or wrist pin. Time for a crate motor!
