1994 Chevy Suburban altitude sensor

Is the sensor apart of the E.G.R. System. There is a sensor that is between the E.G.R. AND T.B.I. A VACCUM HOSE CONNECTS THEM. IT ALSO HAS A ELECTRICAL CONNECTION.

Can you get me a picture of it?

You say theres a vac line that runs from the throttle body to this part and from there to the top of the egr? If thats so it would be the egr solenoid. It is what controls egr positioning. Takes vacuum from the throttle body goes to the solenoid. And when pcm opens it vaccum goes to the EGR diapraghm and opens it
