Have a 1989 Chevy Silverado with a 350 throttle body and 260,000 mi. The engine runs fine while cold, but stalls out and dies when hot. Had it to several places. Replaced distributor cap, rotor, plugs, wires, set timing, cleaned injectors, etc. Checked the throttle position sensor - okay. There are no error codes in the computer. This truck is dangerous as it stalls when accelerating from stop lights or signs and dies. No one can diagnose the problem so far. Someone said the distributor may be magnetized? Help!
