1994 Chevy K1500 5.7. I have put new rotor, pads, calipers, drums, shoes, springs, wheel cylinders, a master cylinder, even a new ABS Box. Bleed brakes for 4 hours no air! Pedal a little mussy. OK heres the problem. The brake light comes on only when the pedal travels more than half way to the floor and it goes down farely easy.
Do you
have the same problem?

How much experience do you have with brakes? How is the adjustment on the rear brakes? Was Master bench bled BEFORE it was installed? Here's a few items to check out.
