1994 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

HEAT GAGE STOPPED WORKING.
CHANGED SENDER ON TOP OF ENGINE AND CHANGED
TERMISTAT. STILL NOT WORKING. GAGE SHOWES
COLD ALL THE TIME.

I'm pretty sure the sender on that is a single wire at the driver's side front of engine down by the exhaust manifold. It can get heat damaged and the connector can get an intermittent or, as in your case, a dead open condition. Make sure you replacced the correct sender/connector. To test it put the wire to ground and the gaufe should peg out.
