My truck blows black smoke when you kick in the passing gear or if you get on it but runs good dont smok eny other time when you go up hills it is real slugish but not all the time new spark plugs and wires dis. Cap and rotor bug fuil filter so I dont know

Chances are when you do that, it is just running a lot richer causing black smoke. If it doesn't have an adverse affect on performance, I would let it go.
