I have a 98 chevy S-10 that I recently replaced the engine, A 2.2l with the same size engine and year. After two weeks or so of driving I suddenly had a loss of power from my engine. After checking it out I noticed number 3 and 4 injectors was not working. I replaced the injectors and checked the connectors to the injectors with a noid light. The noid light test was normal, flashing on and off. I am getting spark to my plugs, but my #3 an 4 injectors are not working. I also have rebuilt the top of the motor and had the head re-worked. Is it possible for the rings on my#3 an 4 piston to collapse at the same time? I have yet to do a compression test hoping it my be something else. Could it be the coil packs?
