1999 Chevy Prizm 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

During the process of replacing the wiper transmission, I had manually rotated the crank arm and motor shaft of the windshield wiper motor. Not taking note of the crank arm and motor shafts original position, I now find myself struggling to find the windshield wipers 'Park Position'.

My question is, is there any standard process out there to solve this issue?

I have found bits and pieces of information on the net talking about detaching the motor from the firewall, removing the crank arm, turning the ignition to the 'ON' position, the motor shaft should rotate, then assemble the crank arm back onto the motor. Again, these are just bits and pieces of information.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
