Just got my car up and running again after it sat for a year. I noticed the low coolant light is always on even when the resevior is full. I kept smelling coolant so I checked the engine. I noticed that the belt was flinging coolant off of it. Upon closer inspection it looked like it was coming from the water pump. I got the pump replaced and i'm still having the same issues. What could be causing the leak? And why does the low coolant light stay on when it appears full.
