Window crank - 1995 Lumina apv

Can somebody help me. I need to remove the inside door panel (passenger side) on my lumina minivan 1995 to replace the window. I cannot remove the window crank handle. Please let me know how to proceed.

It is a wire c-clip. Auto Zone sells an inexpensive tool for popping the clips.
