Problems Car starts then shuts off why?

Replaced the dash and column and all wiring except the wire inside that heads toward the rear ac. So its all 98, the front end and computer is all the 98s. Even the frame and gas tank. Only thing that is 95 is the body.

The problem im having is that it starts and runs for about 3 to 5 secs then shuts off wont restart tell I turn the key off and turn it back on. Then it runs again for about the same amount of time.

Can any one help me with this?

All ECM wires are hooked up, sounds like your not getting fuel pump power in the run position
