O2 sensor

I have replaced two 02 sensors on my f150 truck 5.4 v8 those sensors were on the pipe one before the converter and one after. There suppose to be two more sensors were are they I do not see them in the book.
also the test is reading bank1 and bank2 low level

Sometimes they're up near where the pipe connects to the exhaust manifold.
