Car won't start locks don't work.

I have a 2002 chevy impala. I put a new battery in and replaced the power lock fuze two weeks ago after the car died. A week later the power locks quit again. The car wouldn't start. Then three days later everything was working fine. Now the car won't start again and the power locks don't work. Can anyone identify what is drawing on both the battery and fuze to kill them both!

Could be anything. Have you had your alternator checked out?
