Body Control Module?

About 4 times now, on my 2001 Chevy Blazer 4x4, I have had my drivers side power window stop working once it has gone to the down position. All of the other windows and door locks continue working. It happened again today, and not until I shut off the engine and turned the key back to auxiliary did it role back up. Is this a Body control Module?

It should be mentioned that my wife has complained that there are other electrical issues, such as the dash lights and cab lights all blinking on and off and it affecting the vehicles acceleration (I haven't been able to witness this one-it's only happened once), and the head lights flicker in the dark (doesn't happen often).

Would the second assortment of electrical problems be related?

Thanks,

Chuck

Thanks for the quick reply. Is your answer saying:

A) I need to change the body control module
B) All the other electrical symptoms could very well be related
C) Both A and B

If C, where is this module located?

Thanks,

Chuck
