2005 Chevy Impala Cooling

The heater only blows warm air if the fan is on low. Once the fan is turned up to on high the air turns cold. But putting the blower back on low it will blow warm air.
Even the coolant is only luke warm after running for a long period of time.
do I need to replace the termastat?

Yes a new thermostat would be the ticket.
