Interior problem
2004 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles

I have a dual climate contral panel and the problem is the following:
Hi, I just noticed that the passenger side climate control panel side does not light up when I turn on the car, and also I tried to see if I dimmed the lights if it would turn on, and it stays unlit. Could you tell me if this is a fuse I need to replace, I do not know how to get inside the panel in order to see if there is a fuse that is out or not.
The driver side is working ok. It turns off and on. Could you advise if I have to dimantle the dual climate control panel to see if there is a fuse out, or should I take to the dealer so they can check out if this is a fuse panel problem.
Thanks,
Elizabeth P.
